A market-leading commercial litigation team in the North West is continuing to grow and is seeking to appoint an exceptional Commercial Litigation Solicitor at Associate, Senior Associate or Principal Associate level for its Manchester office.
Working closely with a highly regarded Partner, you will advise an impressive and diverse client base including household-name corporates, international organisations, high-growth start-ups and established national brands.
The role
You will be involved in a wide range of high-value, complex and often business-critical disputes, acting for clients across multiple sectors. The work includes:
* Complex breach of contract, warranty and indemnity disputes
* Director, shareholder and partnership disputes
* Procurement litigation and supply-chain failures
* High-value professional indemnity claims
* Specialist disputes within the technology and fintech sectors
You will have significant responsibility, direct client contact and the opportunity to play a key role in the continued expansion of the practice.
About you
Applications are welcomed from Commercial Litigation Solicitors with circa 3+ years’ PQE, gained within a boutique, national or international practice.
You will be able to demonstrate:
* A strong academic record and excellent technical litigation skills
* Experience advising corporate and commercial clients
* A pragmatic, commercially minded and solutions-focused approach
