My client is an IT MSP who have a specialist Cyber Security and Consulting division. They have a wide range of clients and growth sees them recruiting for a Support Specialist/consultant that specialises in the Accounting software Pegasus.
The Role
This role is all about providing expert-level support and troubleshooting for Pegasus Opera Software, addressing client inquiries and resolving technical issues promptly as well as implementations.
* Provide expert-level support, troubleshooting, installation, and configuration for Pegasus Opera Software.
* Conduct training and create documentation to help clients effectively use the software.
* Collaborate with partners and third parties to report bugs and suggest improvements.
* Maintain detailed records of client interactions in the CRM system.
* Stay updated on software features and offer proactive advice to enhance client usage and accounting processes.
Your Profile
To apply for this role you ideally would have a background in accounting and have used an accountancy software such as Pegasus, Sage, Xero, QuickBooks or similar. The client is also willing to look at an IT support candidate that has supported users with their accountancy packages.
For both profiles, excellent communication skills are essential as this is a client facing consulting/support role.<...
