Salary: £25,500 per annum
Working Hours: 08:30 - 17:00, Monday to Friday (flexibility is essential)

The Role
1. Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date internal records.
3. Answer incoming calls and emails professionally.
4. Greet office visitors and direct phone calls, as necessary.
5. Update internal systems with a high degree of accuracy.
6. Assist colleagues whenever necessary to ensure smooth operations.
7. Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
8. Conduct phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
9. Perform document checks to ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
10. Reference candidates as part of the recruitment process.
11. Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and activities.
12. Undertake general office and administrative duties as required.
