Data Quality Administrator – 6 months Fixed Term Contract
Annual Salary £27,000
Location: Warwick

Now, we’re looking for a Data Quality Administrator to join our Dealer & Business Systems team in Warwick.

Behind every great decision is reliable data. In this role, you will coordinate data cleansing, validate reports, and partner with teams across Volvo Trucks to raise the bar on data quality. You’ll work closely with departments across Volvo Trucks, driving improvements and making sure our data reflects the excellence we deliver as a business.

Who Are You and Who Will You Work With?

You’re someone who enjoys problem-solving, has an eye for detail, and finds satisfaction in getting things right. You’re confident working with Microsoft Excel and can spot trends, patterns, and risks others might miss.

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

7. Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide solutions.
8. The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines.
9. Effective communication skills to highlight the importance of data to stakeholders.
10. Strong Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to manipulate and validate data efficiently.
11. Exceptional attention to detail, with proven ability to validate complex information to meet business needs.

Your new colleagues will be part of the Dealer & Business Systems team, a supportive and collaborative group that works hand in hand with the dealer network and the wider Volvo organisation to keep everything running smoothly.

What Will You Do?

12. Identify, prioritise, and complete data cleansing activities to ensure quality and consistency.
13. Collaborate across functions to support master data initiatives.
14. Analyse data, highlight errors, and resolve quality risks.
15. Validate reports and update IT systems with accurate information.
16. Align your work with Volvo’s data roadmap and wider digital transformation.
