Description
Process payroll data accurately and efficiently in compliance with company policies.
Assist in preparing payroll reports and maintaining records.
Ensure the timely distribution of payslips and resolving payroll-related queries.
Support the reconciliation of payroll accounts and adjustments when required.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Provide administrative support for payroll audits and reviews.
Monitor and update employee payroll information in the system.
Handle sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity.Profile
Previous experience in a payroll or accounting role.
Strong knowledge of payroll systems and related procedures.
Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Proficiency in relevant software, such as Excel and payroll systems.
