Be part of the team involved in process design and implementation for conducting U.S.-nexus check across all entities and setting up monitoring controls Foreign Trade Governance Risk Management: Conduct quarterly FT Internal controls (G/S OSD4 EMEA21 entities and legal entities outside of GS/OSD4 EMEA21 scope) Risk analysis and support with Monitoring of Risk reported on the Risk to Value tool. Support with Audits/Verifications. Compliance Department Business partner screening: Risk assess customer and vendor relationships, highlighting risks and liaising with partners to mitigate potential risks Anti-Bribery and Corruption: Audit working practices and policies.
