We're recruiting for a Project Administrator to join our growing aerospace engineering business, supporting major Aerospace and Defense customers.

Working closely with Project Managers and Engineering teams, you'll be responsible for project setup and administration, purchase orders, project tracking, resource planning support, and maintaining project data throughout the project lifecycle.

What we're looking for:

• Experience in a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator or similar role
• Experience processing Purchase Orders
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Good Excel skills
• Experience with Microsoft Project or resource scheduling tools would be beneficial
• An interest in process improvement, automation or AI-driven efficiencies
