Job Overview:The successful candidate will manage musculoskeletal (MSK) outpatient caseloads, providing tailored, evidence-based occupational therapy treatment to improve patient recovery and foster independence through self-management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with MSK conditions.
* Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to optimize patient outcomes.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Provide education on self-management strategies to support long-term health.
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with NHS standards.
Requirements:
* HCPC Registration as an Occupational Therapist.
* Proven experience in managing MSK outpatient caseloads.
* Strong clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice capabilities.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
