We are recruiting an experienced and motivated Pharmacist on behalf of our client in Middlesbrough. This is an excellent opportunity to join a patient-focused pharmacy team, delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care and supporting the health needs of the local community.
Key Responsibilities
* Dispense prescriptions accurately and in accordance with legal and professional standards
* Provide expert advice on medicines, health conditions, and healthy living
* Ensure compliance with GPhC regulations and company SOPs
* Deliver excellent customer service and build strong patient relationships
* Supervise and support pharmacy staff, including technicians and assistants
* Manage stock levels, ordering, and safe storage of medicines
* Provide NHS and private services where applicable (e.g. MURs, NMS, vaccinations)
* Maintain clear and accurate patient records
* Promote the pharmacy’s services within the local community
Requirements
* MPharm degree or equivalent
* Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
* Previous experience in a community or clinical pharmacy setting preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Commitment to patient care and professional development
