Join Our Team as a Skilled Dental Nurse. We’re seeking a confident, enthusiastic Dental Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care across Oral & Maxillofacial and Orthodontic specialties. You’ll support clinical procedures, assist with radiographs using CRIS digital systems, and uphold infection control standards.
Responsibilities
* Support clinical procedures across Oral & Maxillofacial and Orthodontic specialties.
* Assist with radiographs using CRIS digital systems and maintain related equipment.
* Uphold infection control standards and ensure patient safety.
* Provide pre- and post-operative instructions to patients.
* Support specialist procedures such as IV sedation (as applicable to the role).
* Maintain compliance with COSHH, IRR, and IRMER 2019 where relevant.
* Accurately record patient data and participate in quality assurance activities.
* Mentor learners, such as dental students and trainee nurses.
* Communicate effectively with patients, addressing barriers related to language or cultural differences.
* Be flexible to work in different clinical environments on short notice and across varying hours.
