Regional Clinical Director
$120K–$130K base + bonus potential up to $150K+ annually
ANNA (Allied Network for Neurodevelopmental Advancement), is a clinician-owned organization that provides ABA services to young autistic children and their families using a neurodiversity-affirming, Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI approach). We have multiple centers in the Boston area and are looking for passionate clinicians to help support and supervise our growing clinical team!
As the Regional Clinical Director, you’ll provide clinical oversight and strategic support to a group of center-based Clinical Directors. You’ll partner with clinical leadership to ensure our NDBI approach to direct intervention and parent training is delivered with high fidelity, guide team development, and facilitate training and professional development of our clinical team. This role is ideal for someone with expertise in working with young children with autism through evidence-based naturalistic approaches, and someone who thrives on mentoring others, clinical consultation, and implementation of intervention models at scale.

What You’ll Do
* Provide supervision to Clinical Directors who oversee the clinical team at each of our centers. Provide both clinical and logistical support in the daily operations of the center.
* Support clinical directors in supervision of the BCBAs and Behavioral Therapists (BTs)
* Provide clinical consultation to support group supervision, case conceptualization, and clinical recommendations for clients and their families.
* Ensure adherence to NBDI service delivery and monitor fidelity of implementation
* Collect systematic data to facilitate analysis of clinical outcomes, support quality assurance initiatives, and conduct research for conferences and publications.
* Collaborate with clinical leadership on new initiatives, training and professional development
* Build a culture of clinical excellence, growth, and collaboration
* Support Clinical directors in creating positive work environments for their clinical team
Qualifications
* Ph.D. in psychology, special education, or related field or BCBA with 6+ years of progressive leadership experience
* Extensive experience in autism intervention for children ages 18 months to 6 years for at least 5 years
* Formal training in Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (e.g., ESDM, JASPER, PRT) strongly preferred
* Commitment to a neurodiversity affirming approach to clinical services.
* Experience in supervising clinical teams, guiding clinical decision-making, and scaling best practices
* Excellent communicator, strategic thinker, and values-aligned leader
