We're looking for a Collaboration & Identity Manager to take ownership of a critical part of our technology landscape - how people communicate, collaborate and securely access systems. This is a high-impact role where you'll define strategy, lead a specialist team, and drive the evolution of collaboration and identity services in a modern, cloud-first environment. Why this role? You'll sit at the heart of how the organisation operates day-to-day. From email and Teams to identity and access management, you'll shape the platforms that underpin everything we do. This isn't just about maintaining services - it's about improving them. You'll bring new ideas, explore emerging technologies, and influence key decisions across IT. What you'll be doing Leading the strategy, design and delivery of collaboration and identity services Driving a cloud-first, zero-trust approach Managing and developing a team of engineers Defining and delivering technology roadmaps Supporting complex technical issues when needed Working closely with architecture, product and business teams Managing suppliers and identifying improvements What we're looking for Strong experience delivering collaboration and identity solutions Solid understanding of security and access management principles Experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams) and IAM tools Experience leading technical teams Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly Familiarity with structured environments (e.g. ITIL) The environment A forward-thinking organisation continuously evolving its technology, where you'll have real influence on direction and delivery.
