Maintenance Technician (Multi Skilled)
Responsibilities
* Planned preventative maintenance of Electrical and Mechanical systems
* Carryout reactive tasks which will include lighting, small power, fabric repairs
* Ensure reactive repairs completed with minimum downtime or impact on M&E systems
* Proactive customer engagement
* Main point of contact for all M&E services under contract
* Contractor management - Booking in sub-contractor services; reviewing RAMS and service reports and managing reactive works etc
* Ensuring all PPM's - Statutory and non-statutory completed in a timely manner in-line with SLA's and KPI's
* Ensuring all reactive / small project works are undertaken in a timely manner in-line with SLA's and KPI's
* Management of logbooks - Ensuring all documentation is kept up to date, uploading of documents on to E-logbooks when required.
* Ensure all QHSE requirements are complied with
* To ensure stock levels of critical spares are always kept stocked
* To procure materials as required for PPM and reactive works
* To ensure high standard of housekeeping within plantrooms
* To carryout initial investigation/ fault finding of LEV units; lab equipment etc. (Training will be provided)
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual preferably from either an electrical or mechanical building services background to support and manage as part of a small site-based FM team the M&E service delivery and compliance. Candidates must have hands on experience in dealing with electrical, mechanical and fabric planned preventative maintenance and fault finding., Trade qualified electrical / mechanical / HVAC engineer (Essential)
