Job Title: Graduate Weapon Systems Human Resources
Location: Sheffield (Yorkshire)
We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements, however for this role you will be expected to attend your site 4 days per week.
Salary: £34,000 + £2,000 Welcome Bonus
What you'll be doing:
* Support the business to ensure all people related processes and systems operate effectively and efficiently
* Be responsible for the delivery of the HR service into the business in a business partnering role.
* Work with the team on various activities such as resourcing and recruitment, performance management
* Be involved in reward and recognition and employee relations.
