We are recruiting a Branch Manager for a residential estate agency branch in Southsea.
This role is suited to an experienced estate agency professional with strong leadership skills and a proven background in valuations and instruction-winning.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Branch Manager:

* Monitoring performance, targets, and pipeline activity
* Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company procedures

* Proven experience as a Branch Manager or Sales Manager within estate agency
* Strong background in residential sales and valuations
* Demonstrable success in leading and developing a team
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Commercially aware with strong business acumen
* Professional, organised, and results focused approach
* Knowledge of the Hampshire property market advantageous
* Full UK driving licence essential
