As we scale, we are expanding our compliance function and seeking experienced professionals to protect our growing network.
The Role
This position is based within the Compliance department of Mortgage Intelligence, a mortgage and protection network. You will report to Head of Compliance and act as a key contact for our advisers, managing complex queries, assessing business risks, and protecting customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Assessing financial promotions
* Reviewing introducers
* Undertake Fitness & Propriety checks on firms
* Complete welcome calls to new members
* Issue compliance bulletins
* Complaint handling and management
* Carry out root cause analysis

* FCA Knowledge: An understanding of FCA mortgage and insurance rules.
