Customer Support Specialist
Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Customer Support Specialist on behalf of a leading park management and booking systems provider. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward thinking, dynamic company, as the company is experiencing an exciting period of strong growth within the sector.
Responsibilities:
1. Working closely with the sales team to ensure the smooth setup for new booking systems, as well as liaising with the client and other members of the team.
2. Providing ongoing system support via email and phone to existing clients with whom we have an existing long-term relationship.
3. Providing tutorials to customers, demonstrating the features of the booking system and responding to their queries.
4. Assisting the technical department with testing updates for the website, as well as giving feedback and suggestions for improving the system.
5. Supporting the Sales Manager and the Account Manager.
6. Any other duties role may involve.
Person Specification:
7. 1 year's sales support, administration or customer service experience OR a related qualification.
8. The initiative to effectively diagnose issues, react to and cope appropriately with customers, and satisfactorily resolve their issues.
9. The ability to 'think outside the box' and effectively solve customer queries within the parameters of the system capabilities.
10. Ability to liaise and communicate well with clients, developing and maintaining new and existing relationships.
11. Well organised, used to working to tight time scales and meeting deadlines.
12. Pro-active, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
13. Strong attention to detail and experience working with Excel.
14. No experience in booking systems is required as full training will be provided, but you must be computer literate and able to quickly learn a new system.
