We work with many of UK and Europe’s most loved premium, niche and cult beauty brands offering bespoke brand development & production from our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Hampshire.What is the role?· Generating, monitoring, and updating CPA’s (Critical Path Analysis) for live NPD projects and customer re-orders on Monday.com project management platform. · Driving all customer communications on the status of the project ensuring the customer is aware of any internal discussions, quality issues or amendments to timings. · Working closely with the quality team to communicate QC issues on packaging & raw materials to customers in order to resolve in a timely and effective manner.· Responsible for providing stock in warehouse dates to the Production and Manufacturing teams to ensure our production plans are accurate, achievable, and meet the customers’ expectations.· Organising and attending weekly/fortnightly/monthly customer meetings to update on CPA progress, advise any potential risks, discuss variations, and agree adjusted timelines when required. · Communicating effectively with external suppliers to mitigate and troubleshoot any supply chain delays which may arise throughout a project. · Responsible for running internal Stage Gate/CPA Meetings with cross functional teams including directors.· Leading post project review meetings with internal Heads of Departments ensuring our learnings and key takeaways from each project are captured and actioned ahead of future production runs. What we need from youProven experience within a Project Manager role (experience using PM tools essential e.g. Asana, Monday.com, MS Projects, Trello)APM or Prince qualifications in project management preferred, Pelham can support with continued learning under these courses. Understanding of a Manufacturing environmentNeeds to be acutely detailed orientated. Expert Communicator: You will need to be able to clearly articulate your ideas, challenge above and below your reporting line as well as receive feedback from your team and project stakeholders.Thinking ahead: Spotting risks before they happen, and head them off before they compromise deadlines, budgets, or deliverables.People centric minded: You need to LOVE PEOPLE, working with a variety of functions throughout the business.
