Your Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Engineer, you’ll be an essential part of the 1289.KWS PFI team, ensuring our building services are safe, compliant, and efficient. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
* Conducting planned preventative maintenance and responding to reactive callouts.
* Managing water hygiene, M&E works, and variations.
* Keeping accurate records of all work performed, both in hard copy and electronic site manuals.
* Participating in the emergency out-of-hours call-out rota.
* Building strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, and customers.
* Ensuring clear and effective communication with customers, line management, and support staff.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you have:
* A full UK driving licence.
* Enhanced DBS clearance.
* Relevant industry qualifications or equivalent UK standards.
* Substantial practical experience in building services, including M&E, water hygiene, and legionella (HTM-02, L8).
* Certifications such as CSCS, Working at Height, IPAF, and PASMA.
