Trainee Estate Agent
At Allen & Harris, We're looking for a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent to go out as a Canvasser and conduct viewings for our residential sales team in branch in Kilmarnock. This role is on a Zero Hours contract with flexible weekly hours.

Key responsibilities of a Trainee Estate Agent
8. Assist in maximising the overall income and profitability of your branch
9. To meet personal targets set and agreed with your Manager
10. To carry out viewings in a professional and efficient manner
11. Diary management
12. Local knowledge of surrounding areas
Skills and experience required to be a successful Trainee Estate Agent
13. Has customer Service or sales experience
14. Capable of generating new business
15. Has a resilient, positive and friendly attitude
16. Highly motivated individual
17. Excellent time management
18. Strong organisational skills
19. Has a full UK Driving License and own vehicle
