As a Laboratory Practitioner you’ll provide support to our embryologists in performing routine procedures, such as diagnostic semen analysis, sperm cryopreservation procedure, oocyte collection, surgical sperm retrieval and Embryoscope annotations.
You’ll also assist with the maintenance of the Embryology laboratory, including record keeping, equipment maintenance and audits.

A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll have a degree in Reproductive Science. You’ll have a keen interest in working in a fast-paced, scientific setting and have a desire to be the best you can be.
You’re a team player who works collaboratively, you’re a self-starter who is able to complete tasks alone once you’re shown.
You have fantastic attention to detail and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) ensuring inclusivity for our diverse community of patients and staff.
Location/Salary:
This is a full-time role, based in our Tunbridge Wells Clinic (Amberley House, 9 Queen’s Road, Tunbridge Wells, TN4 9LL)
The core days are Monday – Friday with a weekend cover rota.
