A Typical Day in the Job Own and manage a portfolio of clients as their primary point of contact, building trusted, long-lasting relationships. Drive platform adoption and client engagement by providing expert advice, tailored recommendations, and ongoing support aligned with client goals. Deliver proactive success strategies by identifying pain points, offering timely solutions, and helping clients realise measurable business value. Conduct 1:1 and group training sessions to empower clients to effectively use the platforms full features, boosting adoption and marketing impact. Design and customise email templates tailored to client brands and campaign goals, and train users to build and edit templates independently. Lead bi-annual business reviews to share performance insights, platform impact, and develop actionable plans for ongoing success. Monitor customer health and engagement, taking proactive steps to improve retention, satisfaction, and platform usage. Advocate for clients internally by sharing feedback with product, support, and development teams, while staying up to date on product updates and industry trends. Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge Proven experience in client-facing roles (ideally in SaaS, proptech, or digital solutions), with a confident, relationship-focused approach Strong understanding of digital marketing and automation tools, and how they drive measurable business results Consultative mindset with the ability to understand client goals, craft tailored strategies, and manage multiple accounts effectively Technically comfortable, with the ability to quickly grasp platform features, integrations, and support clients in using them Skilled in creating high-quality marketing assets, with a good eye for design and working knowledge of tools like Canva Analytical and goal-driven, with strong attention to detail in communication, reporting, and performance tracking Salary, Hours & Benefits £18,500-£20,250 Monday- Friday- 9am-5:30pm 28 Days including bank holidays Car parking Standard Holiday allowance This apprenticeship will provide you with all the experience, support, and tools needed to thrive in the digital marketing space.
