About the Role: The AI Skills Development Lead at Corndel will design and execute the company's internal AI skilling strategy, ensuring employees are equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to adopt AI technologies effectively. This role involves driving AI training adoption, curating learning resources, delivering training sessions, and embedding AI training into onboarding and development initiatives. Collaboration with stakeholders to measure impact and refine training approaches is essential. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in AI tools, ethical AI governance, learning strategy, and program implementation, along with strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills.
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Design and implement Corndel’s internal AI skilling strategy.
2. Drive AI tool adoption through targeted skilling initiatives.
3. Deliver AI training sessions aligned with the strategy.
4. Curate internal and external AI learning resources.
5. Coordinate resources to support AI skilling, including apprenticeships.
6. Embed AI training into onboarding processes.
7. Develop upskilling and reskilling strategies for staff and Professional Development Experts.
8. Measure and report on the impact of AI skilling initiatives.
9. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training meets business needs.
10. Develop and maintain AI learning assets and tools.
Essential Experience:
* Deep knowledge of AI concepts, tools, and applications (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI).
* Experience delivering AI-focused training in a corporate setting.
* Understanding of AI ethics, governance, and data privacy regulations.
* Proven ability to design and implement learning strategies.
* Experience in program rollout and technology adoption.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills.
* Ability to measure training impact through metrics and case studies.
Desirable Experience:
* Experience with apprenticeship programs or internal talent development.
* Background in edtech, instructional design, or L&D consultancy focusing on emerging tech.
* Experience with digital training tools like SCORM, Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia.
* Proficiency with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or Trello.
Technical Skills Required:
* Proficiency with AI and automation tools (Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, Bard, Claude).
* Knowledge of machine learning, NLP, and AI applications in business.
* Experience with LMS platforms and AI-driven learning tools.
* Data analysis skills using Power BI, Google Analytics, or HR analytics tools.
* Content curation for AI training resources.
* Understanding of Agile, Lean, or Design Thinking methodologies.
Qualifications:
* Microsoft AI-900 (Azure AI Fundamentals).
* Google AI Essentials or TensorFlow Developer Certificate.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Additional AI and Digital Skills Certifications.
* Certified AI Ethics & Governance Professional (CAIEGP).
* Certified Learning & Development Professional (CLDP).
* Instructional Design Certification.
* Project or Change Management Certifications.
