Position: Senior Support Worker - (Children’s Residential Child Sexual Exploitation Service)
Location: Minsterley, Shropshire
Salary: £30,160 + £3,000 sleep-in bonus (annual average). Rising to £31,140 after 18 months
Employment type: Contract | Working hours per week: 40 | Full Time

Responsibilities
* Join an experienced and supportive team in a residential setting and actively enable each child and young person to achieve their own personal best.
* Support the delivery of best-in-class inductions, training, and ongoing development through the Learning & Development Team.
* Demonstrate integrity, accountability, commitment, person-centred approach, and enthusiasm in actions to achieve the best outcomes for children and young people and the team.
* Promote safeguarding and welfare of all children in care; participate in DBS checks and provide required references.
* Contribute to high standards and outcomes, and pursue career progression within the organisation (Support Worker → Senior Support → Deputy Manager and beyond).
Qualifications and requirements
* Experience demonstrating our shared values: integrity, accountability, commitment, responsibility, person-centred focus, and enthusiasm.
* Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check and provide two references covering the past two years, including references related to working with children and the vulnerable.
* Ability to work in a team and align with safeguarding policies.
