We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a strong technical background in mechanical or electrical engineering to join our team in Croydon. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a key contract, managing a small team while ensuring high standards across service delivery and compliance.
The Role
As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring all technical services are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. You will lead a small team of engineers and supervisors, driving performance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and lead a small team of technical engineers
2. Oversee delivery of mechanical & electrical (M&E) services
3. Ensure compliance with all health & safety and statutory regulations
4. Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
5. Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and overall contract performance
