At Pasquill, we are looking for a Designer to work in our Redhill team, helping to deliver high-quality engineered timber solutions, outstanding customer service, and efficient project turnaround.
This role will be part of our collaborative and fast-paced Design team, where youll take ownership of projects from initial quote through to final design. Youll work closely with customers and internal teams, making a real impact on customer experience by delivering accurate designs quickly and efficiently. With a strong reputation for quality and innovation, Pasquill supports a wide range of customers from small builders to large regional housebuilders.
This role is office-based in Redhill working 8.00am-4.30pm Monday - Friday.
What were looking for:
* Experience working in a construction industry with a focus on roof truss design and Posi-Joist design
* Working knowledge of PAMIR design software (essential)
* Ability to communicate confidently with customers and build strong relationships
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects
* Relevant design experience (JJI software knowledge is advantageous)
What you will be doing:
* Producing accurate quotes and MiTek Pamir Designs for roof trusses and floor joists from enquiry through to final design
* Managing customer enquiries and maintaining regular communication throughout the design process
* Working closely with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth project delivery
* Reviewing drawings and specifications to ensure designs meet customer requirements
* Supporting improvements in turnaround time and overall customer experience
