Conference, Meeting & Events Sales Agent (including Weddings) As a Conference, Meeting and Events Sales Agent, you will maximise revenue opportunities by driving sales leads and increasing conversions across conferences, meetings, corporate events and weddings. This role interacts frequently with guests and customers with the intention of earning repeat and expanded business, while delivering exceptional service throughout the planning journey.
Specifically, as a Conference, Meeting and Events Sales Agent, you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
Receive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximise revenue
Pro-actively seek opportunities to increase sales and conversions across all event types, including weddings
Manage an events diary to maximise yield and ensure accurate, timely event coordination
Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs, including couples planning their wedding day
Arrange and carry out hotel show rounds, highlighting event spaces, wedding suites and ceremony locations
Ensure all administration is completed accurately and deliver flawless execution of all planned events
Participate in hotel promotional activities (e.g., wedding fairs, open days and corporate showcases)
Attend evening and weekend appointments upon client request, especially for wedding consultations
Assist the operations department in the smooth running of weddings on the day itself to ensure an exceptional experience

Qualification, degree or certification in a relevant field
