Job Title: Service Delivery Manager
Location: Bristol
Salary: £45,000-£50,000
You will be responsible for owning and overseeing the delivery of services to clients and take the lead on ensuring that services are delivered in line with contractual and service level commitments.
The Role:
* Oversee service delivery to meet agreed service levels and act as the main contact for issues and escalations
* Prepare monthly reports, including change management, problem resolution, and service level metrics
* Ensure changes are properly raised at client CAB meetings
* Represent customer needs internally, promoting quality, best practices, and customer satisfaction
The Candidate:
* Good understanding of the ITIL framework
* Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and teams
* Knowledge of M365 technologies and IT infrastructure would be beneficial.
The Package:
Base salary: £45,000 - £50,000
