Job Introduction
We are currently recruiting a Cleaning Operative to join our team at Mars Wrigley, Slough. This is a great opportunity for someone with high attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining hygiene standards. Main Responsibilities
* Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness across designated areas, following all relevant work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Carry out daily cleaning duties including mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitising surfaces.
* Ensure equipment and cleaning materials are used and stored correctly.
* Report any maintenance or health and safety issues to your supervisor.
* Work effectively as part of a team to ensure service standards are consistently met.
Ideal Candidate
* No formal qualifications required, but previous cleaning experience in a commercial or factory setting is desirable.
* Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
* Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards.
* Understanding of basic health and safety practices.
