About the Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs, including:
* Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
* Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
* Global developmental delay
* Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
Key Details:
* SEN Teaching Assistant

* Term-time only
* £89-£100 per day (depending on experience)
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have previous experience supporting children with SEN in a school, care or similar setting
* Demonstrate a calm, patient and resilient approach
* Use strong behaviour management strategies with a nurturing mindset
* Hold GCSE English and Maths (minimum grade C/4 or equivalent)
* Have a genuine passion for inclusive education and helping children reach their full potential
