Managing group helpdesk email enquiries Raising and managing purchase orders and quotes Good communication skills Deal with enquiries in a professional and courteous manner in person, email or over the telephone Monitoring and data inputting and reporting Record keeping Typing and IT skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint) Meeting set up and preparation including minute takingYou will be a strong administrator will be organised with the ability to build solid working relationships with colleagues across the business, prioritise your workload and manage multiple deadlines.
