What We Offer: Full-time contracts (37.5 hours) with flexible shifts: Working Between two services
- SN5 & SN26 07:00–22:00 / 07:00–14:30 / 14:30–22:00

One person uses an adapted version of Makaton to communicate, and both require support with eating and drinking.
They love getting out into the community—shopping, swimming, walking, and enjoying meals at local pubs.
This is a lively, active service that suits energetic support workers who are passionate about inclusion and person-centred care .
