Summary
We are seeking a passionate Football Coach to join our team at Core Football Academy. In this role, you will lead training sessions that inspire players to improve their skills and enjoy the game. This role is for Saturdays only 8.45am - 12pm
Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging football coaching sessions tailored to different age groups and skill levels.
* Educate players on fundamental techniques, tactics, and sportsmanship.
* Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their development.
* Create a positive, inclusive environment that encourages participation and enjoyment of the sport.
* Organise and manage training activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
* Collaborate with other coaches to develop comprehensive training programs.
Requirements
* Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly in football.
* Strong communication skills to effectively engage with players of all ages.
* Ability to educate and motivate individuals in a team setting.
* Passion for football and commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
* Level 1 In Football (Introduction to Coaching Football)
* First Aid
