Location: Trafford Park, Manchester (3 days per week on-site)
Salary: Up to £40,000 basic salary (DOE) + uncapped commission (OTE £22,000)
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) Team Leader to join a fast-growing, award-winning technology company based in Manchester.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll coach a small team of SDRs, drive outbound activity, and personally deliver high-quality engagements with key target accounts.
