As part of our growth, we’re launching a new division to focus on gas and plumbing services. We are looking for a Gas Engineer & Plumber to join our team and take an active role in steering the direction of this exciting new venture.Key Responsibilities:* Conduct gas safety inspections and testing for both domestic and commercial premises* Install and maintain gas systems in both commercial and domestic properties* Carry out basic plumbing tasks, including bathroom installations, repairs, and maintenance* Ensure all work complies with current gas safety regulations, plumbing standards, and health & safety protocols* Provide clients with clear, professional communication regarding their gas and plumbing needs* Help shape and grow the new gas and plumbing division, driving it forward within the businessWhat We’re Looking For:* Relevant gas engineering qualifications (e.g., Gas Safe registered, ACS, or equivalent)* Competence in plumbing with proven experience in installing bathrooms and general plumbing maintenance* Proven experience in both domestic and commercial gas installations, servicing, and repairs* Knowledge of current gas safety regulations, plumbing standards, and health & safety procedures* Self-motivated, well-organised, and able to work independently* Excellent communication skills, both with clients and within the teamWhat We Offer:* Competitive salary, based on experience* Opportunities to lead and shape the new gas and plumbing venture within the business* Career development and training support* 21 days holiday (plus bank holidays)* Pension scheme* Bonus scheme* Supportive, family-oriented work environmentThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced gas engineer and plumber to help shape a new direction for our business, with plenty of room for growth and influence.
