An established industry player is seeking a dedicated team member to join their operational team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, efficiently scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth communication between residents and tradespeople. With a focus on quality service, you will utilize planning tools to manage appointments and maintain accurate records in the job management system. Responsibilities

Axis has experienced continual growth since 1986, working with some of the UK’s largest building owners, landlords & facility managers to provide strategic building repairs, planned maintenance, and improvement across all property sectors.

The Role:

Working as part of a busy team to schedule and plan works in a cost-effective and organized manner, ensuring quality service.

* Working with supervisors and tradespeople to organize and schedule work.

Requirements:

* Experience in a call centre environment.
* Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and targets.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
