Site Supervisor
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a leading Tier 1 contractor within the utilities sector, delivering works across new meter installations, pressure valves, bulk meters and minor civils .
Our client is looking for a Site Supervisor to operate across multiple Yorkshire locations, including Normanton, Huddersfield, Sheffield, Thirsk and Beverley. This role involves ongoing work within a long-term framework.

Package Offered for this Site Supervisor Role
* Salary: £42,000 - £43,000
* Hours: 45 hours per week
* Benefits: Company car/allowance, 25days holiday, enhanced pension scheme.
Key Responsibilities for this Site Supervisor Role
* Reporting into the Site Manager / Project Manager
* Supervising daily site activities across water metering and minor civils works
* Managing method statements and risk assessments
* Ensuring all works are delivered safely and in line with compliance standards
* Coordination of operatives, subcontractors and resources
* Conducting toolbox talks, safety briefings, and site inductions
* Ensuring quality of installation for new meters, pressure valves and bulk meters
* Liaising with clients, engineers, and operational teams
* Maintaining accurate site documentation and reporting progress
Experience Required for this Site Supervisor Role
* Valid SSSTS (SMSTS also accepted)
* Previous experience working with Tier 1 contractors, CLC environments, or water metering companies
* Experience with water meter installations (highly desirable)
* SHEA Water / Water Hygiene certification (highly desirable)
* Strong understanding of minor civils and utilities operations
* Proven ability to supervise teams and manage day-to-day site activities
* Full UK driving licence (required)
