We are currently recruiting for a talented and
motivated Breakfast Chef to join the culinary team at our
luxury hotel. This is a full-time position, ideal for someone with
previous experience in a four- or five-star hotel or fine dining environment.
You should be confident running your own section, working effectively as part
of a fast-paced team, and have excellent communication and organisational
skills. You will report directly to the Executive Head Chef.
Location: The Chesterfield Mayfair Hotel, London
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Pattern: Shift work (5 days on, 2 days
off)
Salary: £35,000 per annum including service

Key Responsibilities as a Breakfast Chef:
* Day to day running and cooking of the breakfast
service.
* Assisting other sections when required.
* Maintaining high health and safety standards.
* Assisting with cost and stock control when
required.
* Keeping the freezer list up to date.
* Checking deliveries.
What are we looking for?
* Experience in preparing and
serving breakfast.
* Excellent timekeeping and early
morning availability.
* Ability to work independently.
* Strong organisational and prep
skills.
* Consistency in food quality and
presentation.
* Knowledge of food safety and
hygiene standards.
* Ability to manage multiple orders
quickly and efficiently.
* Good communication with
front-of-house staff.
* Passion for delivering a great
guest experience.
