We are now seeking a dynamic, driven and commercially astute International Sales Manager to sustain and expand our international footprint across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through established international distribution partners
* Develop and execute country‑level business plans to drive sustainable growth
Territory & Account Management
* Manage a portfolio of key international accounts
* Identify market trends, competitor activity and policy changes that influence sales performance
Strategic Expansion
* Identify, evaluate and onboard new distributors in emerging and established markets
* Advise on market‑entry strategies and regional growth opportunities
Brand Representation
* Represent John Packer Ltd and its portfolio at international trade shows, conferences and dealer events
* Uphold brand standards and ensure consistent global representation
Essential Qualifications & Skills
* Minimum 5 years B2B sales experience, ideally within an international environment
* Business‑level fluency in English; proficiency in an additional language is desirable
* Experience using CRM systems is advantageous
* Strong negotiation, communication and relationship‑building skills
* High cultural awareness and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
* Proficiency on a brass or woodwind instrument, with the ability to engage confidently with artists, educators and dealers
* Willingness and ability to undertake significant global travel
