I am looking for a Finishing Foreman who has a background in delivering high end construction projects. Working with a leading contractor in the Caribbean, you will be responsible for managing a team to deliver a mix of projects, ranging from $5m-$10m homes, to $100m plus builds.
Candidate:
10+ years' experience as a Finishing Foreman or Finishing Supervisor
Trade background but with management experience
Hands-on who can advise tradesmen on workmanship and also manage / coordinate trades to meet programme.
Someone with good site experience of high-end residential
Contractor experience
Caribbean experience advantage but not essential.
