Connect Appointments is delighted to partner with a Dunfermline based engineering and manufacturing firm, who specialise in the production of large-scale vehicles and trailers.
We're seeking a Coachbuilders to assemble a variety of components, ensuring high standards of quality and precision. With your duties including:
* Assemble mechanical components per engineering drawings
* Use hand and power tools for assembly and modifications
* Conduct quality inspections and tests
* Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues
* Collaborate with teams to improve processes
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area
* Document assembly processes and keep accurate records
To be successful in this Coachbuilder role, you will have the followings skills, traits and experience:
* Experience in mechanical assembly
* Ability to read engineering drawings and use assembly tools
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork abilities
* Basic computer skills for documentation.
What's on offer? Permanent, full-time position, with a competitive salary up to 41,500 per annum DOE. As well as, 33 days holiday per year; and high earning potential through overtime and bonuses.
* Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30 (with an early Friday finish)
