Service & Sales Administrator Required in Croydon for Family Run Car Dealership
1. Pay: Circa £30k Basic DOE
2. Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday Are you an organised and proactive individual looking to build a career within the motor trade?
Our client is seeking a dedicated Service & Sales Admin to join their well-established, family-run car dealership in Croydon. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive environment, with a busy and dynamic workshop you'll gain valuable experience across various aspects of automotive dealership administration and learn new skills.

6. Working Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm, with no weekend work required
Duties:
7. Preparing job cards and handling paperwork to support the service and sales departments
8. Answering inbound customer calls and managing appointment bookings
9. Assisting with warranty administration in support of the workshop team
10. Supporting the sales team, including assisting with paperwork and customer communication
11. Providing effective administrative support to the Service & Sales departments to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
12. Experience or knowledge of motor trade administration roles such as Service Administrator or Sales Admin
13. Excellent organisational and communication skills
14. Ability to work well in a team and support busy departments
15. A proactive approach and eagerness to learn about the automotive industry
16. Full UK driving licence is beneficial but not essential
