Lecturer in Health & Social Care – Weybridge Campus, 18.5 hours per week, pay up to £38,186.75 pro rata, 42 days holiday, free on-site parking, on campus café & Starbucks.
Responsibilities
* Deliver elements of the T Level Health, supporting learners’ career development.
* Plan, deliver and assess teaching, using modern methods and resources.
* Work collaboratively in a team to support curriculum and learning outcomes.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date teaching records and evidence of learning.
* Engage in continuous professional development and reflective practice.
Qualifications
* Degree/HND or relevant professional qualifications.
* Excellent communication and time‑management skills.
* Caring and supportive approach.
* Desire to see students succeed (essential).
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and be skilled in the use of IT.
