About the Customer Success Manager Role

As Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of client relationships, the expert who ensures brokers and lenders get maximum value from the platform. You’ll guide users through onboarding, optimise their experience, and help them uncover new opportunities through data, insight, and genuine partnership.

This is a proactive, commercial, and strategic role. You’ll be driving engagement, growth, and retention while playing a key part in shaping how the company continues to evolve its offering.


Customer Success Manager Key Responsibilities

* Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, lenders, and key partners using the platform
* Onboard new clients effectively, ensuring a seamless transition and positive first impression
* Proactively monitor client usage to identify opportunities for upselling and engagement
* Act as the voice of the customer, relaying feedback and insights to internal teams
* Deliver tailored support and training to maximise platform adoption
* Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing to enhance customer success strategies
* Analyse client performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
* Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and referral growth


Customer Success Manager Package & Benefits

* On‑Target Earnings: £60,000 (uncapped performance‑based bonus)

Skills & Experience Required

* Experience working within property finance, lending, or as a mortgage/commercial broker
* Strong communication and relationship management skills
* A consultative mindset with the ability to identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
* Commercial acumen and confidence in speaking with senior stakeholders
* Tech‑savvy with an interest in digital platforms and innovation
* A proactive, energetic personality with a drive to make an impact
* Confident analysing data, reporting trends, and presenting insights
