Robert Half is currently recruiting for a professional and personable Front of House / Receptionist to support a client based in Stafford on a temporary basis for approximately 4-5 weeks. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and customer service skills who enjoys working in a client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcoming visitors and clients in a professional manner
* Answering and directing incoming phone calls
* Managing meeting room bookings and ensuring rooms are presentable
* Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
* Providing general administrative support to the wider team
* Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a reception or front of house role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, etc.)
* Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude
* Availability to start immediately or at short notice
