Robert Half is currently recruiting for a professional and personable Front of House / Receptionist to support a client based in Stafford on a temporary basis for approximately 4-5 weeks. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and customer service skills who enjoys working in a client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Welcoming visitors and clients in a professional manner
2. Answering and directing incoming phone calls
3. Managing meeting room bookings and ensuring rooms are presentable
4. Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
5. Providing general administrative support to the wider team
6. Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
Requirements:
7. Previous experience in a reception or front of house role
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
9. Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, etc.)
10. Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude
11. Availability to start immediately or at short notice
