At Itineris, we believe in the power of teamwork. Our mission is to grow our company and deliver innovative software that helps energy and water utilities engage better with their customers. We are seeking a Business Consultant with market experience in Ireland to join our team.
Role:
The Business Consultant will work closely with customers and our project teams to ensure the successful implementation of the UMAX solution, focusing on business needs and market regulations in Ireland.
The role can be based in Ghent (Sint-Denijs-Westrem), UK, or Ireland, and requires experience in the Irish market, including ROI and NIE, with ERP implementation experience being a plus.
Responsibilities include:
* Acting as the link between Business and IT as a business-focused analyst.
* Managing customer expectations and translating business needs into functional requirements.
* Participating in workshops and meetings with clients onsite.
* Providing feedback to product development, sales, and marketing.
* Contributing to the evolution of the UMAX solution.
* Building strong relationships with clients, sales, pre-sales, and project teams.
* Participating in project meetings and identifying risks.
* Delivering high-quality consulting services.
* Upskilling in industry best practices and Irish energy market specifics.
* Continuously developing knowledge within the utility market, especially in Ireland.
Candidate profile:
* Strong analytical skills with a master's degree or equivalent experience.
* Deep knowledge of the Irish energy market.
* Over 5 years of experience as a Business/Functional Consultant in large ERP/CRM projects.
* Expertise in identifying business requirements and understanding customer processes.
* Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
* Willingness to travel as needed.
* Team-oriented with problem-solving skills.
* Proactive, quality-driven, and customer-focused.
