What You'll Do:
* You'll deliver high-calibre technologists to meet client needs in technology roles across the UK
* You'll manage and develop client relationships and grow your own portfolio (accelerating your commission as you contribute to business development)
* You'll take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement (with support from advertising and marketing teams)
* You'll meet and exceed KPIs, contributing to the team's success with a focus on quality service
What We're Looking For:
* You have previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant (tech or similar sectors)
* You have a competitive and determined mindset
* You have strong time-management skills and ability to deliver against KPIs
* You're client focused with a consultative and ethical approach to recruitment
