Senior Associate / Principal Associate (Employment Solicitor)
We are instructed on an excellent opportunity for a Senior Associate or Principal Associate (4+ PQE) employment solicitor to join a leading national practice. This role sits within a highly regarded employment team recognised for its expertise in the education sector, advising universities, colleges, schools, academies, and private providers on a wide range of complex and high‑profile matters.
Responsibilities
* Advise on non‑contentious employment issues such as restructures, mergers, collaborations, and international projects.
* Advise on contentious matters including tribunal claims, industrial relations, senior terminations, equality and discrimination, and whistleblowing.
* Deliver client training and contribute to sector‑focused business development initiatives.
