We're now looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly, professional team. You'll play a key role in supporting both savings and lending customers, helping them manage their accounts and ensuring every interaction is smooth and efficient. What You'll Be Doing as a Customer Service Advisor: Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and secure messaging. Handle account queries, payments, updates, and general enquiries with accuracy and empathy. Work closely with internal teams like Lending Operations, Credit, and Collections. Respond to complaints and issues clearly, promptly, and in line with regulations. Manage early-stage arrears and support customers in getting back on track. Identify and assist vulnerable customers with care and sensitivity. Help maintain accurate records and ensure service levels are met. Support the Customer Services Manager with day-to-day operations.
