• Ensure all employability tools such as covering letters, CVs, and speculative letters are prepared.
• Maintain a good understanding of the local labour market in the specified geographical locations.
• Basic knowledge of self-employment.
• Fully IT literate, proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience working in a target-driven environment.
• Experience delivering services that meet contractual and quality standards.
• Knowledge of the employability and recruitment industries.
• Experience working with people providing 'information, advice & guidance.'
• Hold a full driving licence.
